EDU Professional Improvement Plan (PIP)

LINK HERE

At any point in ANY EDU class a professor may ask you to complete a Professional Improvement Plan (PIP) if you need support with one of the professional attributes. The goal is to support your development and also track your progress.

  • First PIP: A conversation regarding specific concerns between the Instructor and the Student. This will be filed with the Department Chair.
  • Second PIP A conversation  regarding specific and ongoing concerns with the Department Chair, the Instructor, and the Student
  • Third PIP: You may be asked to switch your major out of a certification track major.
